• Sharing:Knowledge Architecture tools should support secure selective sharing (e.g. Web services) of models and artifacts, including viewpoints and perspectives
• Entitlement:Knowledge Architecture tools should manage, control, and track who can do what, when, how, with what, and with whom (e.g. ownership, provenance, distributorship, editing)
• Interoperability:Knowledge Architecture tools should support model and artifact interoperability across tools, vendors, and platforms, with both format and access (e.g. rights) compatibility
