Run-Time

Reality does not stop for recompilation or redeployment and neither should knowledge sharing and distributed environments.

All management operation need to be supported at run-time, all of the time.

To support continuous run-time, the processing infrastructure has to be designed and developed accordingly.

More specifically, rules, rights, types, classes, and meta-data need to support dynamic “run-time” modification and transformation, and processing environments need to be designed to adapt and respond dynamically, at run-time, to these modifications and transformations.

Accordingly, processing models also have to be dynamic. Transformation and processing generalization are also key considerations.
